- Remove fan bolt, then disconnect fan motor electrical connector.
- Remove cooling fan assembly.
- Reverse procedure to install.

- With transmission in neutral and parking brake released, raise and support vehicle, then remove underbody braces, as required.
- Remove exhaust system as follows:
- Disconnect AIR pipe from catalytic converter and exhaust pipe.
- Disconnect electrical connector to oxygen sensor.
- Remove bolts securing muffler to hangers, disconnect exhaust pipes from manifolds and remove exhaust system as an assembly.
