- Recover refrigerant as outlined under .
- Remove five retaining pins, then the air deflector.
- On models equipped with 4.2L engine, remove screw from discharge line isolator, Fig. , then move isolator aside.
- On all models, disconnect condenser core refrigerant lines.
- Remove two upper radiator mounting brackets, then move radiator rearward to gain access to condenser.
- Remove two A/C condenser mounting brackets.
- Remove A/C condenser core, eight retaining pins and two condenser seals.
- Reverse procedure to install.

One Piece Driveshaft
- Raise and support vehicle.
- To maintain driveline balance, index-mark driveshaft flange yoke and pinion flange.
- Index-mark driveshaft yoke and transmission tailshaft. Do not allow output shaft to turn.
- Remove four bolts.
- Disconnect driveshaft flange yoke from pinion flange, using a suitable tool as shown. Driveshaft flange yoke fits tightly on pinion flange pilot. Never hammer on driveshaft or any of its components to disconnect yoke from flange. Pry only in area shown, with a suitable tool, to disconnect yoke from flange.
