- Reposition heater hose inlet clamp at heater core.
- Remove heater inlet hose from heater core.
- Reposition heater core inlet hose clamp at water bypass tube.
- Remove hose from water bypass tube.
- Remove hose from vehicle.
- Reverse procedure to install.
Outlet
- Drain cooling system into a suitable container.
- Reposition heater hose outlet clamp at heater core.
- Disconnect heater outlet hose from heater core.
- Reposition heater core outlet hose clamp at water hose connection.
- Remove hose from water hose connection.
- Remove hose from vehicle...

- Remove air cleaner assembly.
- Disconnect battery cables and remove battery.
- Remove battery tray, then raise and support vehicle.
- Drain cooling system.
- Remove lower radiator hose shield, then disconnect lower radiator hose.
- Disconnect lower transmission oil cooler tube from radiator.
- Remove two lower radiator mounts.
- Lower vehicle and remove two headlamp assembly to upper support attaching bolts.
- Loosen headlamp assembly pinch bolts, then remove headlamp assembly from vehicle.
- Remove two front bumper cover to front fender attaching screws.
- Raise and support vehicle, then remove tire and w...
