The A/C cycling switch is mounted on a Schrader valve type fitting on top of the suction accumulator/drier. It is not necessary to discharge the refrigerant system to remove the A/C cycling switch.
- Disconnect A/C cycling switch connector.
- Remove A/C clutch cycling switch from accumulator/drier.

- Remove actuator mounting screws then lift up on vacuum control motor arm to disengage it from door crank.
- Remove vacuum control motor.
