Remove defective components. Add the proper amount of oil to each replacement component. Most recovery/recycling equipment will measure the amount of oil being removed. This is the amount of oil to be added back to the system, follow manufactures instructions provided with the recovery/recycling station.

- Set temperature switch to full cooling, then set A/C switch to On position.
- Set mode control switch to VENT, then the recirculation switch to REC.
- Set blower speed to MAX speed, then close hood, doors and windows.
- Run engine at 2000 RPM.
- Place thermometer in center panel vent.
- Allow system to stabilize at least eight minutes, then inspect temperature. Refer to Fig. for system operating specifications and diagnosis.
