- Remove fan and fan clutch.
- Remove accessory drive belt.
- Remove lower radiator hose from water pump.
- Disconnect engine harness from water pump mounting stud and water bypass tube.
- Remove A/C compressor support bracket.
- Remove bolts and pulley from water pump.
- Remove bypass tube from water pump.
- Remove bolts (A) and stud bolts (B), Fig. , from water pump, then remove pump from cover.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
