Never use cans to charge into high pressure side of system (compressor discharge port) or into system at high temperature, as high system pressure transferred into charging may cause it to explode.
- Attach center hose from manifold gauge set to refrigerant dispensing manifold. Turn refrigerant manifold valves completely counterclockwise to open fully, remove protective caps from refrigerant manifold.

- Remove instrument panel as outlined under "Instrument Panel."
- Drain coolant into suitable container.
- Remove junction block with splash shield.
- Disconnect starter relay cable ends.
- Disconnect connector, then remove mounting screws, pin-type retainers and junction block bracket.
- Clamp heater core inlet and outlet hoses using suitable tools.
- Disconnect heater core hoses.
- Disconnect refrigerant lines using suitable spring lock too...
