- Start and run engine at idle speed.
- Turn A/C switch on and maintain an engine coolant temperature of 176°F or less.
- Measure voltage between fan control module side connector terminals, Fig. .
- Voltage should change repeatedly as follows:
- 0V.
- 5.6-10.8V.
- 9.4-14.6 V.
- If voltage does not change repeatedly, replace radiator fan motor and fan control module.
