- Disconnect negative cable from battery terminal.
- Drain engine coolant into a suitable container.
- Reposition hose clamp with suitable tool.
- Remove hose from heater core tube.
- Reposition hose clamp with suitable tool.
- Remove hose from inlet hose fitting at thermostat housing.
- Reverse procedure to install.
