  • Drain coolant into suitable container.
  • Remove jack handle, mounting screws and front air deflector.
  • Remove upper radiator hose.
  • Remove fan and clutch from water pump pulley using fan pulley holding wrench tool No. 303-239 and fan clutch nut wrench tool No. 303-240, or equivalents.
