- Place suitable container to collect escaping oil cooler fluids.
- Remove mounting bolts and disconnect oil cooler line.
- Remove mounting bolt and oil cooler.
- Raise and support vehicle, then drain coolant into suitable container.
- Remove mounting bolts and underbody protection.
- Remove expansion rivets, intake hood and pipe.
- Disconnect lefthand Xenon headlamp connector and cover.

Do not remove the new receiver plugs until the unit is ready to be connected to the refrigerant lines.
