- Remove rear tire and wheel assemblies.
- Remove brake drum retaining clips, if equipped.
- If brake drums will not come off, move brake shoe adjusting lever of brake adjuster screw, then loosen brake shoe adjuster nut.
- Remove brake dust and dirt from assemblies with brake/clutch service vacuum.
- If new shoes are to be installed, resurface rear brake drums.
