- Remove wheel nuts and front wheels.
- Drain automatic transmission fluid, then reinstall drain plug using new washer.
- Lift up locking tab on spindle nut then remove nut.
- Remove self-locking nut and flange bolt then remove dampner fork.
- Remove cotter pin from lower arm ball joint castle nut and remove nut.
- Install 14mm hex hut on ball joint. Ensure hex nut is flush with ball joint pin end or threaded section of ball joint pin might be damaged by ball joint remover.

- Remove mounting bolt, lockbolt, adjusting rod and alternator belt.

- Remove mounting nut and disconnect alternator B terminal black wire.
