- Disconnect clamp and remove coolant recovery hose from radiator.
- Disconnect clamp and remove radiator inlet hose from radiator.
- Loosen clamps, then remove push pins and air intake duct from fan shroud.
- Remove upper fan shroud mounting bolts and coolant recovery reservoir hose from lower fan shroud.
- Remove upper fan shroud.
- Lift lower fan shroud to disconnect locating tabs from radiator and remove lower fan shroud.
