  • Disconnect clamps, then remove radiator. inlet and outlet hoses
  • Remove hub nut and fan using fan clutch remover and installer tool No. J-46406 and fan clutch wrench tool No. J-41240-5A, or equivalents, in counterclockwise rotation.
  • Remove engine oil cooler hose clip from lower fan shroud.
  • Remove lower fan shroud by lifting to disconnect radiator clips.
  • Disconnect clamp and remove radiator vent inlet hose.
