- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Loosen air cleaner outlet duct clamp at Mass Air Flow/intake Air Temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor.
- Remove Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose.
- Remove adapter nut, engine cover and air cleaner.
- Remove air inlet duct by pivoting it upward until hinge clip disconnects from lip on throttle body.
- Disconnect clamp and remove inlet hose from water outlet.
- Remove studs, water outlet and thermostat. Discard O-ring seal.
