The Low Tire Pressure Warning system is designed to detect a significant loss of inflation in any one of the tires installed on the vehicle. This system uses the anti-lock brake wheel speed sensors to detect a change in wheel speed due to deflation of a tire. Inflating a low tire will not reset the Tire Warning system . - Drain coolant into a suitable container.
- Disconnect MAF sensor, then remove air filter outlet tube.
- Remove air cleaner housing assembly, then the air filter housing bracket.
- Disconnect harness retainers from fan shroud.
- Disconnect upper radiator hose.
- Remove radiator alignment pins as follows:
- Tie radiator and condenser to upper radiator support separately, using mechanic wire.
