- Drain coolant into suitable container.
- Remove front bumper retainers, then remove bumper assembly.
- Pull quick-coupler off radiator.
- Disconnect connectors from thermal switch and coolant fans.
- Place lock carrier into service position.
- Remove radiator retaining screws and remove radiator and fan from below.
- Remove radiator from vehicle.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
