- Drain cooling system.
- Remove air cleaner outlet resonator.
- Loosen radiator inlet hose clamp at radiator, then remove hose.
- Loosen radiator outlet hose clamp at radiator, then remove hose.
- On models equipped with VTi or automatic transaxle, proceed as follows:
- Clean upper transmission oil cooler line connection point and remove line from radiator.
- Remove left front wheelhouse liner.
- Remove left engine splash shield.
- On all models, remove cooling fan assembly from radiator by pushing up on fan shroud to unsnap retainers.
