- Drain coolant into a suitable container.
- Remove air deflector.
- Remove heater hose retaining bolt.
- Remove cowl vent screen.
- Remove engine compartment support.
- Remove cabin filter cover and cabin filter.
- Remove cabin filter housing retaining nuts.
- Remove cabin filter housing.
- Remove small engine compartment panel retaining bolt.
- Remove small engine compartment panel.
- Remove large engine compartment panel retaining clip.
- Remove large engine compartment panel.
- Remove heater hose retaining clips.
- Detach heater hoses.
- Remove heater hose retaining nut.
- Reposition heater hose retaining clips...

Vehicle: 2007 Jaguar XKR 4.2 V8 GAS
- Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.
- Models with automatic transmission, detach the transmission oil cooler inlet and return pipes.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seals.
- Cap the oil cooler inlet and return pipes and the oil cooler.
- Detach the lower coolant hose.
- Models with manual transmission, detach the lower coolant hose.
- Disconnect the front crash sensor.
- Detach the wiring harness.
- Detach the radiator seal.
- Remove the double-sided adhesive tape.
- Raise the vehicle.
- Remove the radiator lower cowl.
