- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove front muffler.
- Remove parking brake cable adjustment nut.
- Remove parking brake cable retaining bracket.
- Detach parking brake front cable.
- Detach driveshaft center bearing.
- Remove parking brake linkage lever and center bearing mounting plate.
- Mark position of driveshaft in relation to transmission flange.
- Mark position of each nut and bolt in relation to transmission flexible joint.
