Removal
- Loosen the wheel lug nuts.
- Raise and support vehicle with jack stands.
- Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
- Remove the tire valve stem cap, then the valve stem and allow the tire to deflate.
- Remove the nut retaining the tire pressure warning valve and transmitter to the wheel assembly, then drop the transmitter inside the tire.
