CV AXLE SHAFT, Replace -> Left -> Right

Left
- Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel.
- Remove engine undercover.
- Remove axle shaft drive flange.
- Remove circlip and front spindle thrust washer.
- Remove drive shaft flange bolts and nuts.
- Place a suitable container under differential to catch fluid drips.
- Remove drive shaft assembly from left drive shaft case. To prevent breakage of boots (wheel side and differential side), do not contact them with other parts when removing drive shaft assembly.
- Remove drive shaft oil seal. Do not damage drive shaft joint and boot.
- Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

- Loosen the lug nuts.
- Raise and support vehicle with jack stands, then remove the wheel and tire assembly.
- Prior to dismounting the tire from the wheel, note the following precautions:
- Position the bead breaking fixture 90° from the valve stem when separating the tire bead from the wheel.
- Place the mounting and dismounting head so that the tire iron or pry bar can be inserted slightly clockwise of the sensor body when prying the tire bead up and over the head.

This warning lamp will illuminate when tire pressure falls below a specified psi. When the warning lamp illuminates, check the air pressure of the tire and adjust it to specified pressure. When the vehicle is driven more than 25 mph for two minutes after the adjustment, the lamp will go off.
