- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Remove retainers securing engine cover.
- Remove retainers securing engine under cover assembly.
- Remove clamp from throttle body air intake hose.
- Remove bolts from air intake duct assembly.
- Disconnect vacuum hoses and disconnect electrical connector from air induction system.
- Remove bolts, gaskets and exhaust manifold. Discard old exhaust manifold gaskets and install new gaskets upon installation.
- Remove bolts from throttle body assembly and remove throttle body assembly.
