- Remove underbody air dam.
- Remove accessory drive splash shield.
- Remove serpentine drive belt.
- Remove accessory drive idler pulley.
- Loosen lower mounting bolt.
- Loosen A/C compressor and relocate; pull down and to outboard side of vehicle to make room to remove alternator.
