Vehicle: 2009 Scion XD 1.8 L4 GAS
- Disconnect cable from battery ground terminal.
- Remove righthand engine under cover.
- Remove cylinder head cover.
- Remove fan and alternator V-belt.
- Remove two bolts and remove righthand engine mounting stay.
- Place a wooden block on a jack underneath engine.
- Remove six bolts and nut and remove righthand engine mounting insulator sub-assembly. Do not remove bolt attaching insulator to stay.
- Remove three bolts and remove engine mounting bracket.
- Remove two bolts and remove fan belt adjusting bar.
- Remove terminal cap.
- Remove nut and remove terminal B+.
- Disconnect connector and harness clamp.

- Remove lefthand and righthand engine under covers.
