- Remove wheel nuts and front wheels.
- Remove drain plug and drain transaxle fluid in suitable container.
- Remove driveshaft cotter pin, castle nut and washer from front hub.
- Disconnect tie rod end ball joint from steering knuckle using suitable tool.
- Remove bolts securing wheel speed sensor from steering knuckle.
- Remove ball joint assembly mounting bolt from knuckle.
- Tap on driveshaft front hub assembly using plastic hammer.
- Push front hub assembly outward and separate driveshaft from hub assembly.

Removal
- Loosen the wheel lug nuts.
- Raise and support the vehicle with jack stands.
- Remove tire and wheel assembly from vehicle.
- Deflate air from tire assembly, then remove wheel weights.
- Break tire bead 90° from valve stem. When removing tire from rim caution should be taken not to hit valve stem with tire tools.
- Remove the valve nut. Use caution when handling sensor.
- Discard valve nut and valve assembly.
Installation
- Use caution when handling sensor. Avoid getting any lubricant on sensor.
- Slide sensor through valve hole in the rim.
