- Raise and support front of vehicle.
- Remove wheel and tire assembly.
- If removing righthand drive shaft, remove nuts securing anti-roll bar links and remove links from anti-roll bar. Use an open-ended wrench on flats provided to prevent ball joint rotating.
- For all drive shafts, remove drive shaft hub nut stake.
- With an assistant applying brakes, remove and discard drive shaft hub nut.
- Remove brake disc.
- Release ABS sensor lead from clip.
- Release sensor lead from damper, remove Allen screw and release ABS sensor from hub.

- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Remove cooling fan shroud.
- Disconnect cooling fan control electrical connector.
- Remove viscous fan, using suitable fan removal tools. Fan is righthand thread.
- Turn drive belt tensioner clockwise, using a suitable tool, and remove cooling fan drive belt from pulleys.
