When conducting test procedures, adapter tools No. 124-589-00-21-00 and No. 124-589-16-63-00 or equivalents, and a multi-meter must be used.
- Check ventilation blower for the temperature sensor interior air as follows:
- Turn ignition to ON position.
- Place approximately 1/4 inch piece of paper against grid of temperature sensor interior air.
- Paper must remain in position.
- If not, remove glove box and check ventilation blowers connections and operation.

- Unscrew hex, head screws and hex nut and remove rear engine carrier with engine mount.

- On all models, loosen propeller shaft clamping nut for approx. two turns without sliding back rubber sleeve (sliding along).
