- Slowly discharge and recover refrigerant from system. Care should be taken to avoid excess compressor oil discharge with refrigerant.
- Remove front grille.
- Remove compressor delivery hose and condenser outlet pipe from condenser inlet and outlet fittings. Cap open fittings.
- Remove condenser.
- Reverse procedure to install. Add 0.7-1.0 oz. of refrigerant oil to compressor suction side when replacing condenser assembly.

- Loosen wheel lug nuts, then raise and support vehicle. Position jack stands under axle housing.
- Remove lug nuts, then wheel assembly.
- Remove caliper carrier bolts, then support caliper with wire.
- Remove brake disc. If brake disc cannot be removed by hand, install two 8 mm bolts in holes provided, then tighten to remove disc.
- On models with free wheeling hubs, proceed as follows:
