Radiator, Replace
Vehicle: 2004 Porsche Cayenne 3.2 V6 GAS
- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Drain cooling system into suitable container.
- Remove lock mount.
- Remove radiator frame.
- Ensure A/C refrigerant line when removing radiator module. Do not bend A/C lines when installing radiator module.
- Install safety clips as quickly as possible when removing radiator module.
- Remove coolant hoses on radiator by pulling out retaining clips on two coolant flanges and pulling off hoses. Fig. .
- Reposition safety clips again.
- Pull top right vent hose on radiator.
- Remove fastening screws securing condenser to radiator. Fig. .
