DRIVELINE, U-JOINT & CV AXLES REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES FOR 2006 Suzuki Aerio AUTOMOBILES
Includes CV axle, universal joint, and driveline replacement, for domestic and imported 2006 Suzuki Aerio cars and light trucks from 1990+.
CV AXLE SHAFT, Replace -> Front -> Rear
Vehicle: 2006 Suzuki Aerio 2.3 L4 GAS
Front
- Undo staking and remove drive shaft nut and washer.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove wheel.
- Drain transaxle oil.
- Remove tie rod end split pin and castle nut.
- Disconnect tie rod end from steering knuckle by using special tool 09913-65210 or equivalent.
- Using plastic hammer, drive out drive shaft joint so as to release snap ring fitting of joint spline at center shaft.
- Disconnect front suspension control arm ball stud from steering knuckle after removing ball stud bolt and nut.
- Remove drive shaft assembly. To prevent damage of boots, be careful not to contact them with other ...
