- Raise and support vehicle and support it with safety stands in proper locations.
- Remove wheel nuts and front wheels.
- Remove engine undercover retainer, then remove undercover.
- Disconnect front ABS speed sensor.
- On models equipped with 4WD, drain differential oil into suitable container.
- On all models, remove hub cap and cotter pin.
- Apply brakes and remove lefthand driveline hub nut.
- Remove tie rod end nut.
- Remove bolt and nuts and separate lefthand front suspension arm subassembly from lower ball joint.
