- Disconnect battery ground cable.
- Loosen band clamp and remove air filter element, tray and inlet snorkel.
- Remove bolts, disconnect wiring harness, remove upper radiator hose then remove cooling fan assembly.Drain coolant from upper radiator hose in a clean pan.
- Rotate accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and position accessory drive belt aside.
- Disconnect alternator electrical connectors.
- Position alternator B+ protective cover aside, remove B+...
