- Disconnect negative battery cable and isolate cable lead.
- Remove drivers side airbag module, and clock spring assembly, following manufactures instructions.
- Remove ignition key cover, Fig. .
- Remove upper and lower steering column covers.
- Remove screw, then remove the TPMS receiver.
- Reverse procedure to install noting the following:
- If TPMS receiver was replaced, perform "Tire Pressure Sensor ID Registration" as outlined under "Reset Procedures."
- Ensure that TPMS warning light does not illuminate or flash.
