- Recover refrigerant from A/C system.
- Drain cooling system into a suitable container.
- Remove A/C condenser as follows:
- Remove upper radiator support.
- Remove A/C compressor hose assembly to A/C condenser fitting bolt.
- Disconnect A/C compressor hose assembly from A/C condenser fitting. Cap or tape open A/C components immediately to prevent system contamination.
- Remove and discard seal washer.
- Cap or tape A/C compressor hose assembly.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove front evaporator inlet line bolt from A/C condenser.
- Disconnect front evaporator inlet line from A/C condenser.
