- Remove mounting bolts and radiator upper mount brackets.
- Remove mounting bolts, then disconnect discharge and condenser lines. Plug lines.
- Remove mounting bolts, upper mounting brackets and condenser. Do not damage radiator and condenser fins during removal.

- Place a wooden block or shop rag in caliper opposite piston, then carefully remove piston from caliper by applying air pressure through brake line hole with a OSHA approved 30 psi nozzle, Fig. .
