Position the tire changer head approximately 15 cm behind the valve stem of the sensor for the top tire bead to prevent damage to the sensor.
Position the tire changer head approximately 5 cm behind the valve stem of the sensor for the lower tire bead to prevent damage to the sensor.

The Check Engine lamp will be illuminated when the ignition switch is in the on position with engine not running. When the engine is started, the lamp should go out. If the lamp remains lit, a diagnostic trouble code has been stored by the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). After diagnosis and repair are complete, place ignition switch in on position without starting engine, then depress accelerator pedal fully for more than 11 seconds.
