- Remove engine air intake resonators.
- Drain cooling system so engine coolant level is below thermostat, then disconnect upper radiator hose and radiator overflow hose from water hose connection.
- Remove water outlet connection bolts, then the connection from thermostat housing.
- Remove thermostat and seal from housing, inspect seal for damage and replace if necessary.
